Life gets a bit much sometimes. Situations happen. Thoughts cloud our minds. Emotions weigh heavily in our hearts.


Life happens. There will be days when we’re genuinely happy, there will be moments we feel like we’re about to breakdown and cry.


And that’s okay.. we don’t have to convince others or deceive ourselves that we’re fine when we’re not. We’re not perfect, but we can be real with ourselves.


Whenever it gets a little too much, we just need to remind ourselves to breathe; to take it one step at a time, to embrace the moments that fill us with hope and gratitude.. to create whatever useful boundaries we need to reflect or recharge.


Life has a way of balancing itself out. Whatever ups and downs that will continuously happen for all of us.. may we be more understanding of others and kinder to ourselves as well. 🌻
