【Reflection】Learn from your mistakes
"Write it down. You will lose thoughts, you thought, that you thought." -Vanessa Workoff

"Yearn to Learn. Be Brave. Carry On." The kids whom I met at the playground taught me so. They fell down six times, eight times they played catching; a game of tag.
"Come on, hold my hand."
Each time one person fell down, another offered to help. Nobody cried. Parents watched, as they laughed it off and started all over again. They were full of smiles, despite some dusts and probably a little pain here and there, on their tiny bodies.
"Good job! We did it!"
Reflecting; As we grow up, did we forget how we were brave little ones, learning from our falls and many mistakes, then getting back on our feet, stronger? "Learn from your mistakes." --

I got trapped in the "black hole" awhile back.
And I have these dark thoughts which haunt me. I was feeling so negative every single day I wake up. On some days, I even wished I didn't open my eyes, to a brand new day which awaits me.
And I wrote:
I'm in such low spirits now.
I'd never realised that one little mistake I made, would lead to such a huge consequence.
I'll pray, for that glimmer of hope.
A moment of folly, a lifetime of regret? How do I accept and forgive myself?
难得糊涂。 跌倒,再爬起来。

Still feeling thankful that I wrote some raw feelings down, cause I'll remember how it feels. And be even better, than before.
There there. Go for it, you'll be alright. <3
