Mental Health matters

🌻Some days are just too hard.


The work itself isn’t too difficult to do but the human relationships are just very challenging to deal with.



Perhaps you need a break? If not, you may feel like you have nothing more to give.


🙃 Every day is a bad day.

🙃 Caring about your work or home life seems like a total waste of energy.

🙃 You’re exhausted all the time.

🙃 The majority of your day is spent on tasks you find either mind-numbingly dull or overwhelming.

🙃 You feel like nothing you do makes a difference or is appreciated.


It is important that we prioritise our own well-being and learn to manage our stress, so that we are ready for the challenges ahead and we would then be able to better care for the people around us.
