Perhaps you need a break? If not, you may feel like you have nothing more to give.

๐Ÿ™ƒ Youโ€™re exhausted all the time.

๐Ÿ™ƒ The majority of your day is spent on tasks you find either mind-numbingly dull or overwhelming.

๐Ÿ™ƒ You feel like nothing you do makes a difference or is appreciated.


It is important that we prioritise our own well-being and learn to manage our stress, so that we are ready for the challenges ahead and we would then be able to better care for the people around us.
