【Reminder】
Life gets a bit much sometimes. Situations happen. Thoughts cloud our minds. Emotions weigh heavily in our hearts.

If someone asks, “how are you?” we’ll either smile or sigh “I’m okay,” when maybe inside we’re struggling, barely surviving.
We get by through filtered smiles, indulging in whatever guilty pleasure that make us momentarily happier, planning our next holiday escape.. we seem okay on the surface but if we are triggered or conversations ever get a little deeper, the cracks may start to show and we’re afraid that others may know.
